Photos by: Brian Kelley and Taylor Roberts Well alright alright alright, as a lot of Virginia Beach (including myself) were mucking out from Hurricane Matthew, Hurricane Nicole rolled up the middle of the Atlantic delivering the unicorn of surf – a nice ground swell with offshore winds. A lucky few were able to chase the surf and catch a few for the rest of us. Here is Shaun Devine surfing some beautiful waves.
