The fifth installment of our False Cape Surf-Yoga-Massage Retreat followed suit with the previous four trips: small, rideable, rolling waves perfect for easy cruising and sunny skies for the surf, yoga and massage sessions.

Thunderstorms popped up at the very end of the excursion, but the cloud formations preceding the rain made for breathtaking scenery at the remote, undeveloped beach and maritime forest.

It’s been an awesome summer hosting our ladies’ retreats to False Cape through the networking help of Cindy Stokes and the Wahine Surf Club, but by popular demand, we’re opening up our next two retreats to the guys as well! Coming soon will be our Co-Ed Surf-Yoga-Massage Retreats which are set to run August 4 and August 18.

As the tradewinds blow out to sea and the tropical storm season heats up, the prospect for scoring bigger surf does as well!

As always, a very big and special thanks is due to Cindy Stokes, the Wahine Surf Club, Heath Scott of Karuna, LLC for the massage service, Sammi Lizotte of Hot House Yoga and Cameron Swain of False Cape State ParkCheck out photographer John Wright’s gallery here!
