There’s no reason to get worked up about it, as the summer doldrums are part and parcel of the East Coast experience. While many wave riders shun the small summer surf on tap, it’s definitely the Surf & Adventure way to take full advantage of what’s rolling in, big or small. Our good friend Brian Kelley of Virginia Beach recently orchestrated an edit that really captures the lifestyle of surfing anything and everything — from handplanes to funshapes to shred sticks — and really appreciating the gifts from nature that are there for our enjoyment more often than not.
